The challenge

CRE acquisition teams run deal pipelines, treasury operations, and portfolio analysis across fragmented legacy tools — most CRE platforms still have 2010-era UIs and zero AI augmentation. DealPipe had to consolidate treasury, cap calls, portfolio NAV, deal pipeline, and business plans into a single multi-tenant SaaS with a conversion-grade UI and an embedded AI voice assistant for natural-language queries — built on the AI-native pattern premium clients are paying $200K+ for in 2026.

The approach

Built DealPipe as a full-stack AI-native multi-tenant SaaS on Next.js with role-based access (Acquisitions Principal, Analyst, Admin), an embedded voice assistant (DealPipe AI · Voice) for natural-language portfolio and pipeline queries, treasury dashboard linked to fund operating accounts, deal pipeline with cap calls and inflow tracking, portfolio NAV visualization with growth-rate signals, and business-plan workflows (underwriting, asset reports, team management). Consolidates CRE workflows that typically span 4-5 legacy tools.
