Product design and full-stack development of an interactive higher education platform with CRM-integrated student engagement tracking.

The challenge
Smith College's Conway Center needed an engaging way to teach financial literacy to undergraduates — a topic students often find dry. Traditional approaches weren't driving engagement, and the institution needed a modern higher education CRM system to track student progress and engagement across their diverse, international student body.
The approach
Designed and built a multi-track learning application with gamified elements including interactive simulations (ATM scenarios, Tetris-style games), progress tracking, and curriculum-aligned assessments. Integrated student engagement data to give administrators visibility into learning outcomes across 48 states and 67 countries. Built for accessibility compliance and institutional requirements.
